I've learned that fear limits you and your vision. It serves as blinders to what may be just a few steps down the road for you. The journey is valuable, but believing in your talents, your abilities, and your self-worth can empower you to walk down an even brighter path. Transforming fear into freedom how great is that? – Soledad O'Brien

I’m going to say them…

I’m going to say the things I have been avoiding…

I’m going to write them right here and right now…

I am afraid of being alone.

I am afraid of loss.

This was something that I have been avoiding and glazing over for a while. And even during the times that I would process these thoughts I never said them out loud. So I recognized that I needed to find a space and do something new.
