I've learned that fear limits you and your vision. It serves as blinders to what may be just a few steps down the road for you. The journey is valuable, but believing in your talents, your abilities, and your self-worth can empower you to walk down an even brighter path. Transforming fear into freedom how great is that? – Soledad O'Brien
Sometimes I can’t help but to feel as though the world is falling apart and falling down.
Falling down because it feels like black lives are like stocks, stocks that have changing value based on the consumers wants and fears.
Falling down because women and children are treated like cheap toys, replaceable sex objects.
Falling down because privilege is robbing the humanity of people’s souls.
Falling down because it’s “normal” to outwardly practice and uphold values of hate.
Falling down because abusers buy rings that promise love, but instead sow seeds of oppression, hopelessness and despair.
Falling down because in the most sacred and holy of places, villainous individuals bring hate, fear, isolation and death into religious dwellings.
Falling down because having a space where feelings are valued, cultural identities are celebrated, unity is embraced and peace reigns supreme is called racism
Falling down because truth is labeled hate and lies are labeled right.

My fair lady……
But I am reminded that in the midst of all this falling God is still in control.
